Rotorua Local Food Provenance

Importance of Food Provenance

Food provenance means where our food comes from and its journey to our plates.

Knowing where our food comes from is becoming increasingly important. People want more transparency around what they eat, where is was produced, the farming practices and the miles it has travelled.
